The Magic of Midlife and Beyond: A Retreat for Women of All Ages
It’s not that we give zero fucks. It’s that we decide which ones deserve our attention, and then we go all in with those.
We have lived long enough, learned enough, integrated enough lessons to understand we get this one life and we deserve to live it absolutely on our terms.
But what are those terms? Let’s dig in and find out, creating a container of support - filled with wisdom, collective experience, compassion, laughter and, inevitably, real, authentic tears.
We will also move our bodies throughout the weekend as much or as little as we want, opting in or out of yoga, hiking, or choosing more stillness and soaking and spa experiences.
Join me as we travel to a magical vortex in the desert to soak in mineral baths, have real, no bullshit deep-dive discussions, hike the hills, eat the healthy, delicious food, practice yoga and meditation and lean into this one big beautiful, fucked up, amazing life we get.

Be prepared to float in warm mineral pools surrounded by an intimate gathering of kickass women. We are taking over beautiful Miracle Manor for the weekend of March 6-8, 2026.
What to Expect? Soulful circles, guided meditation and deep relaxation, an all levels yoga experience designed to align you with your innate beauty, strength, and wisdom, and all the soaking you desire in mineral pools or private outside tubs.

Payment in full is due by February 1, 2026. Prior to that date, full refunds, less your deposit, are available. After February 1st all sales are final. Changes in plan, medical circumstances, and otherwise are not grounds for a refund. Spots are non-transferable. I highly suggest acquiring traveler’s insurance for this reason.
