We are back. New westside home, same cozy couch (this couch has become a portal of sorts, a talisman, a symbol of safety and truth and love) This experience has taken off more than I could have ever dreamed - women shine in deep, true connection, real talk, vulnerable truth telling, feeling seen, heard and understood by other wise women. This is an in person experience (so probs for LA locals only, unless you are feeling a travel adventure). Come circle up with me on a cozy couch in my cozy home for an evening of inspiration, connection, deep soul talk, tool gathering, delicious nibbles, and guided meditation.
Think community meets think tank meets soul food meets group coaching meets collective wisdom meets friendship and loving accountability.

What? An evening of guided meditation, group connection, and remembering the tools that keep our nervous systems in check, soothed, and still alert.
Who is this for? Women of any age who are accomplished in so many ways, and yet striving for even more connection, embodiment, and calm presence.
Maybe you’re thinking about a career change. Maybe the societal constructs of success don’t align with your chosen path. Maybe the babies flew the nest and you’re wondering what’s next. Maybe you’re living your beautiful single woman life and exploring deeper connection.

Where? My private (new) home in Santa Monica, west of Lincoln Blvd. Address provided upon registration.
What can we expect? An intimate (no more than 8-10 people) gathering of incredible women who know that holding space and lifting each other up is the way to succeed in life. We will unpack what it means to each of us to experience success in life. We will gather up, meditate on how we want to feel in this chapter of life, engage in thought work and hatch action plans designed to realize our most embodied chapter to date.
