This is an in person experience (so probs for LA locals only). Come circle up with me on a cozy couch in a cozy home for an evening of inspiration, connection, deep soul talk, tool gathering, delicious nibbles, and guided meditation.

What? This session’s topic is titled Your Joy and Pleasure is a Revolution // A Two Hour Gathering. We will dig into how to attain joy and connection every damn day. We will explore the concept of true pleasure and share wisdom about how to experience it in a way that feels fulfilling and authentic.

Who is this for? Women of any age who are accomplished in so many ways, and yet striving for even more connection, embodiment, pleasure and joy for this next chapter.Maybe you’re in a time of transition. Perhaps you feel like pleasure is a thing of the past. Maybe the world feels so fucked up that joy feels impossible. Maybe you are bursting with joy and pleasure and want to come and inspire others!

When? Thursday July 31st 6pm-8pm. 

Where? My home on the westside of LA. Address provided upon registration.

What can we expect? An intimate (no more than 10 people) gathering of incredible women who know that holding space and lifting each other up is the way to succeed in life. We will gather up, meditate on how we want to feel in this chapter of life, engage in thought work and hatch action plans designed to realize our most embodied chapter to date. Pen and paper provided. Dinner snacks too, so come hungry and wear cozy clothes.
